Programs: We offer both Strengthening Families Together and Your Recovery Journey. We are pleased to be able to announce that these programs are available both in Fredericton as well as Woodstock.

Events:
On the first Monday of every October we are pleased to present the Annual Mental Illness Awareness Night. Our 11th annual Awareness Night took place Monday, October 3, 7 PM at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital Auxiliary Theatre. The focus this year was Anxiety: Causes, Symptoms, and Management. Speakers were Dr. John Doucet, psychiatrist at the Mental Health Clinic and the Workplace Stress Clinic; and Colleen Kitts, a mother and journalist who spoke about her experience of raising (and finding help for) her three children with anxiety disorders.This event ws very well attended and we are already looking forward to next years.
