Your Mental Wellness Journey was developed to address some of the very complex mental health needs of youth. Although the course is designed for ages 12 to 17, anyone can benefit from the material. The program aims to equipped youth with the tools required to develop positive coping mechanisms, obtain a higher sense of self-esteem, and achieve stress management and mitigation skills.
